If a manufacturing defect arises during this warranty period under normal use and maintenance, we will, at our option, repair or replace the appliance at no charge. This voluntary warranty is additional to, and does not limit or exclude, your statutory rights and remedies.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under consumer laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended appliance maintenance including filter cleaning.
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Use of the appliance for anything other than as a hair dryer.
- Use of parts or accessories not approved by L’Oréal Professionnel Paris Zuvi.
