HOW DO I MIX COLOR GELS OILS

Color Gels Oils is mixed at a 1:1 ratio with Redken Cream Pro-Oxide.

WHAT IS THE DEVELOPMENT TIME FOR COLOR GELS OILS

Dependant on the strength of developer, Color Gels Oils can be developed from 20 minutes - 45 minutes.

10 Volume Pro-Oxide = 20 minutes (1 level of lift)

20 Volume Pro-Oxide = 30 minutes (the recommended developer for gray hair & 2 levels of lift)

30 Volume Pro-Oxide = 40 minutes (3 levels of lift)

40 Volume Pro-Oxide = 45 minutes (3+ levels of lift)

WHO IS COLO GELS OILS FOR

Color Gels Oils is for any client that is wanting to achieve up to 100% coverage on their gray hair as well as clients wanting a more saturated, monochromatic reflect.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF COLOR GELS OILS

Up to 100% coverage on gray hair. Non ammoniated permanent liquid hair color for pleasant smell. 2% apricot oil for 30% more shire. Hair is left feeling rejuvenated.

WHAT IS THE REDKEN COLOR MANTRA

The Redken Color Mantra is how we, at Redken, like to color hair. This means that we apply Alkaline color (Color Gels Oils) to our regrowth area, up to an inch. Followed by our Zone 2 & 3 with our iconic Shades EQ Gloss. This is an acidic color that matches in perfect harmony with our Color Gels Oils to ensure we are achieving the perfect color result each time.
