The Redken Shades EQ Gloss Boss Awards are open to Australian and New Zealand citizens (or permanent residents) who are 18 years of age or older (please ensure your model is over 18 too) at the start of the competition, qualified hairdressers or apprentice hairdressers and employed at a salon in Australia or New Zealand.​​​

Individual entry only and entrants must use Redken products and Shades EQ when creating their colour for the competition (Does not need to be a Redken Salon). ​ You can enter the Gloss Boss Awards once per category.
