L'Oréal Professionnel Inoa Clear is an odour-free and ammonia-free permanent colour which provides a perfect coverage and a sublime shine.

Mix together in a 1:1 ratio with iNOA developer. Mix the colour and developer together until a smooth, creamy texture is obtained. Apply to dry, unwashed hair.
